From what I’m seeing in the past couple of days, they seem to be coming at the same time!
I’m close! August 11, 2016.. seems like by the first week of feb we should have it.
What month and year applicant are you? AOR received date? If it’s in within this thread, I would inform cic as soon as you have your civil marriage certificate.

Just the one on August 2nd. Lucky, real lucky! But I think it’s safe to say now that upto July 25th most have received if not all. Just a matter of a few weeks, then all this tension will finally end. Well atleast for awhile, until the next stage begins. But I think without this forum, I would have been on the edge every single day. You guys have been great! Cheers and good luck! And a big Thank You!
