I have got nothing after aor .They are still reviewing eligibilty .Background not started yet .Even some Feb 2017 applicants got their background started recently .

Did your GCMS note say anything about BG check? I also applied on July 13, 2016 and passed my medicals in August 2017.Got my recent GCMS notes, and it shows my file was transfer to location PS- on June 22, 2017. And I applied on July 13, 2016, did upfront Medical on Feb. 28, 2017. Have S.19, S.21, S.26 on some pages. waiting, waiting, waiting.................
Are you in 2 different streams? I thought this was not possible/allowed?I can't believe this. I submitted my application September 10th 2017(express entry) and My medical passed today. It says that We are processing your background check. We will send you a message if we need more information.. In the mean time I uploaded my medical to Regular PNP PR(august 31st applicant) as well. Still no update there.
I asked OINP officer a couple of years ago. You certainly can apply for different programs if there is no conflict. e.g., it is totally OKay under one provincial program and one federal program.Are you in 2 different streams? I thought this was not possible/allowed?
