Although I don't have any employment restriction but I do have my employer name on my pnp certificate. But either way, my pnp certificate is expired long time ago and can not extend as i had extension already.

Also i have submitted my application on and received Delhi immaigration email for Confirmation regarding the application is received on 19th sep 2017 but still it is showing

i have submitted my application based on my father and he had a PPR request, but i did not receiving any update on my application,

any suggestion?

Spouse Medical Req. : 26 June 2018
Relationship proof Req. : 17 August 2018
Interview Call mail : 14 September 2018
Interview : 25 September 2018
PR : 25 September 2018

Do you mind if I ask you to copy and paste the reason for refusal here hiding you personal information. Sorry to bother as I know you are pretty upset now. Also when did you apply for your bowp?

I sent you pm, talked to my employer he will pay the fees and send it to me, I started new application for work permit with an option to restore the status. It's going to be pricey , 200$ for status restoration and 155$ for work permit again. I called IRCC and the agent told me good news he said I should expect PPR within a month, he said I'm on final stage, "just verification left" he said. But anyway I need to apply to restore my status even if I get PPR tomorrow that's what he said. Processing time will be the same as for work permit so it sucks I'm stuck at home for at least a month.

Apply for restoration ASAP. I know its a waste project but we don't have any other option. We are all in the final stage, since a long time ago!!!!. But don't see any action. Yesterday my local MP called cic for me and been told that "a note was placed in your file on August 3, stating that it is still being actively worked on. Unfortunately, no processing time at this point."....

I had been in the so called "verification stage" since Feb 2018 and I was told there is no time frame for that...

BTW, what's local MP? How to find that? I usually just called IRCC directly.

yeah I know and usually they don't tell any time frame but this time he told me I was surprised

Friend of mine, who had his EXPRESS ENTRY file in security check since Dec got his ppr this week. 10 months for him

Hey people who are still waiting , did anybody tried to contact Canadian Border Agency to check your file? Is it even possible? I just called IRCC to get an update and she told me the same thing background check bla bla bla. I'm just thinking if somebody called Border Agency because as I know they do background check do they?

Just called them and asked to talk to CBSA immigration department, the officer told me they only talk to IRCC directly. got some info how file moves during background and security screenings CIC -> CBSA -> CSIS then CSIS->CBSA->CIC
