I have not got any update from last 2 months. Hope for the best.

same here May27 Application, Friday i called CIC and they told my security not even started but on Monday I got PPR email.

i approved my BOWP on may 15.
but i didn't receive a original hard copy of permit by mail yet.

Someone know how long does it take usually?

Permanent Residency Application Received by CIC on September 15, 2016
Received Acknowledge of Receipt from CIC on December 19, 2016
CIC started to process on December 20, 2016
CIC sent reminder letter requesting RPRF on January 10, 2017
RPRF paid on January 10, 2017
CIC sent email confirming the receipt of RPRF on January 17, 2017
Did up-front medical examination on April 25, 2017
Medical passed on June 2, 2017
BGIP February 19, 2018
Passport Request June 1, 2018

After submitting the police report from my home country which they requested yesterday.

My passport will expire on Nov 8 can I send it as they requested 6 months validity?
