I received RPRF on 14 January so paid and sent the receipt via case specific enquiry on same day and via email to Toronto office as well. Received an email from IRCC agent on 20 January that they have received my document.But "Review of submitted documents" has not changed in my profile yet.Is it normal? Currently online status is:

Hi,

Status in ecas changed to Decision Made today and also in MyCIC account a new message with a letter attached. The letter is 7 pages (having 4 steps detailed and Annexure A & B). Step 1: Change in circumstances, Step 2: Passport requirements, Step3: Prepare your documents (asking for photos & passports), Step4: Submit your documents.
Annexure A: Update information chart

Can anyone please confirm if this letter is PPR or else.

Hey guys! So i had been having issues with my inability to access my cic application details and after getting in touch with cic twice they seem to have fixed it. Today i was able to access my application for the first time post linking it many many months ago (more than 5 just in case anyone was wondering). I was happy to know i had passed my medicals as my ecas status never was helpful as it just stated medicals received. But what got me worried is that my BG check has the status of "not started" and from what i have read across many forums is due to it being the longest part of the application it tends to being once they start processing your application. I have not come across anyone stating their BG to be anything but in process. But mine isn't. Should i be worried?? Anyone who can shed some light on status changes with regards to BG would be appreciated.

I believe so. my bf submitted his in end of Aug and paid all the fee upfront. got AOR on Dec 10th i remember. We checked yesterday, exactly same profile as yours.

why did you do your ME so early if you are inland PNP app? the background check will change back to In progress later I think (in the later stage)
