I called them several times , they said my background verification is going on from dec, can you call and ask what’s going on ?

How do you call them guys? Every time i call them, can not be completed.....Its very hard to reach them. I call 1-888-242-2100 and then press, 1, 1, 2.... Is there any other option to reach them easily? Thanks

press 3-4-0, go through the study permit channel, once you got the agent, say you are inquiring PR
