still medical reviewing, but the additional documents I uploaded 1 year ago was reviewed, because it became 'we do not need additional documents'

I'm BC applicant applied in oct 2016,
AOR on 10th Jan 2017
Rprf and additional documents in last of feb 2017
I did upfront in march 2017

And then my background check went in progress and still in progress. Last month I called cic asking about medicals which is under review from dec 19 and still under review.

Yesterday I called cic again and enquired about my background, the agent said

Eligibility passed
Criminality check still under review
Medical under review
Security not started

I don't know what's going on with my application and why criminality is still under process

Do any one have same situation.

Hopefully buddy, I feel happy for those who got PPR even submitted after us. But the system is so damn unfair and opaque! Those officers are so unprofessional if just delaying harder cases.

Hi there, I saw your previous post saying that your additional document was reviewed, did you get a document request from CIC? Maybe that’s why it’s a bit delayed?

I’m aug 26th applicant BGNA.My upfront medical will expire on April 4th.Is there any chances to get BGIP before it expires?I read in forum you must need 90 days valid medical for further process,if this is the way then again my medical has to be reviewed and after 90 days only i have chances to get my application in process.How it works anyone’s opinion will be appreciated.

Which phrase do you have in MYCIC account ?

My background check says We are processing your background check. We will send you a message if we need more information.

But when I talked to cic agent, he said my criminality is still under process, that's why I am so confused

I don't have any of these. Mine one says, BG not applicable. Why your criminality is in progress?! You should have passed it long time ago.

Hi Azel, I have no idea actually. I got the request for updating schedule A about a year ago, I provided immediately, the status had kept as "your additional documents are provided" for over a year. I called IRCC and the agent said they have everything they need. If it is a recent document request, it causes a bit delay, I understand totally.
