Hi all...my passport sent on Feb 12 and delivered Feb 15. Now MyCIC Final Decision has: "Your application was approved. Check your messages below for details" but theres no messages..does anyone know whats going on? Thank you!

your cic account will stay like that even your pr already. im pr for almost a month my cic still like that no message below on my cic. your passport is coming 2 or 3 days

yeah, man, I was about to complaint. However, I found myself do not have any ground to do so as "first come first serve" is never mentioned by IRCC.

Dude, question. What documents do we include with our passport (different than the two photos) I am just wondering, because, how can the CIC link our passport to our file if we dont send extra documents showing UCI and things like that?
I would appreciate if you or someone answer this question. This is like the fifth time I ask this question (sorry if it is silly question) and kind of getting tired of being ignored.Thank you dude!
Dude CIC in the PPR email sends you a form to fill out and send with your passport and photos, and that from (annex a) has your UCI on it dude
