I’m september 15 applicant too and i did upfront. Now my background check still NA.

we are inland right we don't need to go to border , we can do landing by setting up interview time with nearby immigration office too .you need to do your medical again as when u go for boarder crossing, ur medical should be valid and it is 1 year validity

No it cannot be airport. Either set up an appointment at the CIC office in DT or go to Coutts.
