At 11:00 pm PST (Friday 16 Feb) it was not applicable, i checked my cic account at around 1:30 am (Saturday 17 Feb) and found it has been updated.Did yours change today?

I think you shouldn't be worried (although its against the human nature). It makes sense that people who add their spouse later on will experience some delay. But how much delay no one can tell you about it. And yes you won't see this on CIC or ECAS.Thank you so much. It gives hope for sure. I called them yesterday they said because I have a dependent in the application that's why it's taking longer. They said eligibility is passed and background check is in process from what she could see as per visa offer notes. I told them I cannot see that when I am checking the account, BGNA. I am not sure what to make of that?
