I did,not much help,they told to him is everything ok we are at the final stage,need just to wait!I did apply for GCMS notes and now i am waiting!

You will get PPR after DM. Once you get PPR, you will have to mail your passport if you are from a country where visa is required to enter Canada with 2 passport photos to Ottawa for PR visa stamp.

You will get passport back in 5 to 10 business days with landing papers. You can either land by driving to the border or by flying out of the country. If you are driving to the border, you do not need to have a US visa. Its optional to get one but not necessary. Once you drive up to the US border officer, let them know that you are here to do flagpole for PR and don't want to enter the states. They give you a slip that says "administrative refusal". This will not affect any future US visa applications.

Once you got drive back to Canada, enter the CBSA border office. They will ask you few questions for your land formalities and stamp your land papers. After that, you are official a PR of Canada. You can go update your SIN with a permanent number at any Service Canada. They will only need to see your landing papers.
