I applied through SINP nomination and my application was received by CIC NS office on September 1st by our favourite Mr. Dan Lewis. 8)

I was able to link my paper application online within a week of them receiving it. Everything has gone smoothly so far.

Thing I am worried about-I didn't certify the copy of my brith certificate. My translator has his credentials from BC and is fully certified. The CICs website is confusing because I don't know who will certify my document that is written in another language. My translator cannot certify it because he is not any of those legal entities that are listed on CICs website. My province was okay with my translation, so I am hoping CIC will have no objections with it either. If someone can share their thoughts on it, it'd be great.

That's a tough one. I do think it should be any issue since the province accepted the document.

Inland applicant approved by AINP. Application received by CIO Sydney on August 11. Waiting for AOR. From what i have seen on this forum AOR is taking even longer than 90 days now

Really? Longer than three months? Does it help if the applicant has been in Canada since he was a minor? My sister is a PR already and I have been in Canada Since I was 17. I really hope to god I get it sooner. My work permit will expire one year from now. My application was received on Sept 1st by NS office.

For Ontario nomination you do not need a job offer. For BC you do.

Hello, my application says status of open and nothing else. I don't know how long it takes to move on to the next phase. Do you know when does the application progresses? Or what is the next step?

Hello folks, I have a question, If I'm asked by my passport but I'm outside my country, May I send my passport and wait for the visa meantime I'm outside of my country?

I am not sure. but if you are not able to make it I would say mail your ppt to your friend in Canada and let your friend mail it to CIC, and also ask CIC mail it back to your friend's address then your friend forward PPT back to you...Does it make sense? lol

I am an inland AINP nominee. My documents were received at the SYDNEY office by M KRSWDA on July 28, 2016. I have been waiting to receive AOR since then.

Waiting for AOR

I have a funny question. What is the difference between PNP-Outland and FSW-outland. Are they both under EE?...
