hi may i know the checklist for bowp i just tried to apply online and theres no option to upload pnp certificate just copy of medicals and IMM forgot the number. i ask in this thread before they said pnp certificate need to be send. your reply would be appreciated thanks

My Checklist Items were:
1. IMM5710E
2. Offer of Employment (Employment Letter)
3. Provincial Nominee Certificate
4.Letter of Support from Province
5. Passport
6. Digital Photo
7. Proof of medical exam
8. Proof that you meet the requirements of the job being offered.
9. and of course, the fees ($255)

its really different than mine i did not say yes if i have job offer because im applying open work.permit and also letter of support from province i send that when i applied closed work.permit 1.5 years ago i think i need to re assess the question again

@jyken True. Your checklist will depend on your answers to your assessment questions. For me, I uploaded my nomination certificate document for both nominee certificate and letter of support ( i do not have a letter of support from the province). I did the same thing last year and it was approved.

whats your timeline ?you did your medical too?. did you ask a contract or job offer from your boss even though your applying for open work permit? ill copy your checklist. thank you for your kindness

My timeline for PR? I applied on July 13, 2016. BGIP on December 15.
I did medical for PR in August. There is a question in the assessment that asks you if you have done medical within the last 12 months, you say yes and the medical form appears on your checklist.
For job offer, I only used the job offer I got when I was given the job.

Job offer at this stage is irrelevant. It's only relevant when you apply for your first BOWP before you submitted your PNP application. You can include your pnp AOR letter with your explanation letter (under optional documents), otherwise it shouldnt take more than 30 days to get a new one as you are pretty much PR at this point. The $255 fee is fking bs though.

My understanding is BOWP is an one time permit for between your provincial nomination stage and the federal stage. After your BOWP expires, they are just called open work permits...(they are the same thing but just called different names because the stages, another fking way to get more money IMO)
