Just follow the instructions, book an appointment at any locations listed on cic website, and bring the form, passport, photos to do the exam. (You might not need to bring your own photos, in my case, the clinic took it for me when I was doing the exam)

Hi,

I have taken my upfront medical on 27th Oct and submitted the e-medical form to CIC on 28th Oct by CSE. I have received MR in the morning and after that, I have also received another confirmation of submitted documents after two hours for e-medical stating they forwarded the documents for further reviews. Does anyone has idea, is this MR appears due to the same upfront or is it MR received separately?
