I received my nomination from Ontario under employer job offer stream on July-2017.i have applied for the paper-based IRCC application today.
my question was can I leave my employer now?
and if not how long it usually takes to approve the paper-based application ( i do aware of 16 months time period stated on CIC website)

If its written on your pnp certificate that emplymenr restricion ## yes
Then you cant change emplyer ok
Same thing was with me friend
And its taking more than 16 months fir federal part

I m AINP inland applicant and got it done from edmontons heritage centre medicentre.

From everyone’s timeline, I predict that the rest of August 2016 PNP non-express applicant (hopefully the early September 2016) will get MR by Oct 25, 2017. Let us be patient for another week or so.

July 12th Inland applicant received MR on OCT 10th and passed the medical exam today.
I did my medicals last week on the 12th. So the process was very fast. Make sure you go to a clinic that works with the E-medical system.
What would be the next step now? wait for Background check to go in progress?

The next step should be background check in process. And can you please share when your background check is in process?
I did my medical on Sept 25 and it passed on Oct 06. The current status in cic online account for background check is "We are processing your background check. We will send you a message if we need more information." Not sure which stage I am right now, since I missed previous BG status changes.

Is it okay to do medicals before you get MR from IRCC? I am thinking of getting it done before. Any advice?
