Your reference letter only states what you do at the job, which is considered as employment letter.

Good conduct letter/certificate is similar to criminal record check/PCC. It will verifying that XXX is an upstanding citizen/worker without a criminal record.

i guess ya, cos my status now still Application receive, even thou i hv paid my RPRF.
need time to get that letter of Good conduct

rprf fee ,police clearance, schedule bacground request on 14th apr 2015 and paid the fee on 16th apr 2015 . im sending the police clearance and schedule form tomorrow , but my ecas says in process..
