Why in New Delhi? Ur an inland applicant so you better send the email here in Cio Sydney or Ottawa.. where did you send your application?

first i send my aplication to sydany nova scotia .my couotry india sory am outland aplicant .that is why nova socotia put the file number then they send new delhe visa ofice my file
