My application crossed a 2-year mark yesterday. Yay me.

Something weird happened today. I logged onto my GC Key at around 7.30 pm. Checked my file status as usual and no update and browser became inactive and got logged out. Now I just tried logging in to my account at 9.30 pm and this is what it says when I put my credentials:

You have exceeded the maximum number of consecutive attempts allowed to either:

• sign in with your GCKey;
• change your password;
• change your recovery questions;
• revoke your GCKey; or
• recover your forgotten password.

For your protection, your access to the service is suspended for 24 hours.

Funny thing is that I never made wrong password attempt or gave wrong answers for security questions. Anyone can shed light onto this? So I have tried logging out may be 2 times today and third was blocked. I am dead sure I have logged more times in past.

I also need to apply for BOWP along with my wife's WP. So, what documents should I require to apply for my wife's WP? Please let me know, thanks.

I got my passport renew because it’s valid less then 6 months . I got passport request now I need to send both passport new and old one as well or only need to send new one I made last month ?

I sent the copy of old passport and the the new one with letter explaining the change!
