Actually i'm not thinking about going to border.Jst u know . Officer on other side was really angry and told me this is not our work . I was praying please let me go to my sweet country canada
My work permit exp. in March 24,2019, so even if i apply in Feb 2019 i should be good.

My workpermit is expiring in March 2019 as well. I dont think they will extend my post grad open work permit since I have had it for 3 years now. So, probably I will have to apply for bowp. Are you looking into that? If you have gathered info on how to apply please share with me as well. I was also thinking of applying by middle of december 2018 as well.
As for ordering gcms notes slowing down the process, I dont think so.
I did 70 days ago, still waiting for it. When I applied the processing time was 56 days, now it is 67 days. My suggestion is to do it ASAP, In December 2018. They may ask you for additional docs or refuse your application due to any ridiculous reasons.
Can we do flagpolling for Bridging open work permit? I did flagpolling for regular open work permit before (3 years ago) but I didn't know we can do this for BOWP. Did you do flagpolling for yourself?
You must apply for BOWP, otherwise, they will refuse your application. I had post grad open work permit and I applied for BOWP 70 days ago, still waiting for it.

Me and one of my friend did flagpolling to get closed work permit ( when our 3 year post graduate work permit was going to expire).
Call cic and ask them why its taking that long.. one time i applied for multiple visa . I did it wrong . I called them to know y its taking tht long , lady told me i have not selected the right category. And told to apply again im a corrrct way.
I said that they may refuse your work permit application not PR application. Totally different.
