What do you mean? I'm also May 2017 and according to the 18 month deadline should receive it by November 2018

I don’t know they said processing time increased more then 18 month wait until March 2019

I hope they just made a mistake by telling you that. It means the processing time now is 22 months...why ask for medical to late applicants. It will soon expire before they got PPR.

Last time I called in April they told wait until November but this this time they told me wait until March 2019 .pray god we will get early ppr

Folks, is there anyone on this thread whose background status has not yet changed to N/A? Please let me know, I am so worried

I'm January 19th 2017, got the 2 MRs, first on February 28. Medical changed to passed on May 8th. No changes after that.

Honestly I think the agent probably made a mistake, just like they did with the 2 MRs. As hard as it is I think we should all stay calm, they work in mysterious ways so we should only really be worried if they go over the 18 months.

I am dec 29 2016 applicant. Got onmy medical req for me on jan 8 noy for my spoise as she did her medical last year jan 25 and passed on feb 9 2017 for her opw. So she never got her med req. Her medical expired on feb 2018. My status changed from passed to you do not need a medical test.
I got gcms notes. I passed eligibility, criminality but my medical status is Passed-Expired.
My security showinh not started. My file localtion is
PNP -MEDS PENDING.
Nothinh like Ready for PS or PS

Can u guys let me know if mu security is started or not?

this is crazy. I just spoke to them yesterday and they said 18 months, did not mention any time increases. I'm very surprised they gave you a hard timeline, they never do that.
