ok then. So if my medicals were attached on Jan 17 I can consider it to be an equivalent of the request, right? The officer attached my upfront medicals on January 17, 2018. So is it fair to expect my PPR within this current batch even though my application was submitted in April 2017?
i have same upfront done on 14 jan and its electronically attached with application on 6th feb but we should expect with feb12 batch ,because that was the date when actually MR for jan 6 application

mine was attached as "passed" on January 17. I did them long before that.

But I have to admit for us everything has been going pretty smooth...even the medicals I did it on Monday and in the clinic they told me now it takes longer for blood results so they will probably send it to cic the following week but when I checked mycic on the following sunday it was already passed so it looks like the officer didnt even look at it too much, as soon as they received it from the clinic they had to change it to passed.

In my opinion it all depends on immigration officer. Some are faster than the other ones (unfortunately for some ppl). And also the country you are from, some ppl are from countries with higher risk of terrorism, drugs etc or travelled a lot to those countries...so I would say their applications may take a bit longer...
