I have the same issue and i am in india these days i dont know what to do

Completed upfront medicals for myself and spouse in late January 2018. Got a medical request on Feb. 28, 2018. Sent in a web form and spoke to CIC agents four times. Our medical results still are not attached to our application.
The CIC agent I got today was particularly clueless. He told me my medicals we're we're not received (even though the previous agent said they were there). He then told me I needed to inform the office I sent the medicals in. I said I sent the web form and I am informing the office now. Can he put a note in my file? He says he cannot. It seemed like it was his first day on the job.
Anyway, I am worried. What if this is not sorted out in 30 days? Anyone had that much trouble with medicals?

So you sent Medical form via CSE web-form and your online account is still not updated ? Am I right ?
I sent CSE and got a reply that my medicals are attached to my electronic file in 2 weeks.

Thank you for your reply. What do you mean by "medical form"? I have not received any forms from the doctor.
I sent a web-form, saying that both me and my spouse have completed our medicals and asked for confirmation of receipt. My spouse sent in his UMI number through web-form also, as his upfront was done through e-medical.

ususally you get an upfront medical notification form or something like that from a doctor. and you have to upload that form through case specific enquiry.
it should be updated within two weeks.
if they have't gave you that sheet just go back to your clinic and ask for it.

Your medical center must have given you a form as a receipt which contains bar-coded UMi number. You should send that with a CSE form and add it as an attachment.

I called my clinic to double check if they submit my medical result to CIC or not, but the receptionist there just told me to call back

10 business days after medical done to confirm with them. So frustrated..sign...not recommend to go to that one (south Calgary in Midnapore)

Right now the status on the CIC automated phone system still saying "We had request medical exam" What should I do?

My representative told me that I don't need to update the receipt from the doctors. The doctor will update the result for me.

So which one is correct?

I'm in the same situation, MR on Feb 28th and Medicals done on Mar 1 however the results had not been uploaded yet!!

I am hesitant to call the 1-888 number since the representatives are clueless, if you call 2 or 3 times each agent tells you something different :S

Anyways hopefully our results will be updated next week or so

Do you have access to cic account or ecas.
If not try calling at cic number they will let you either you results has been processed.
Normally it takes 2 weeks for cic to upload the results then again it depends on the doctor how early they send it and on the officer sitting at the computer.
