I haven't submitted any doc , it was last feb RCMP and schedule A , don't know what are they looking for ??

That is a good sign! You will get mr pretty soon! A day or two!

Got my MR today. Condensed timeline:
Jan. 27, 2017 - Application received at IRCC (paper-based, inland with outland spouse)
March 15, 2017 - AOR
Jan. 30, 2018 - Upfront MR
Feb. 28, 2018 - Medical request for me and spouse.

It seems like IRCC have not looked at my upfront results yet. I sent them a case-specific inquiry and will call tomorrow. I already tried calling twice and did not get through.

in Nov-2015 I Take a medical riquest to get the work visa I need to do it again, for my PR?

Yes, you need a new one. The medical exam is only valid for one year.

Congrats, I also got my MR letter today Feb. 28.. Just a quick question, how did you send your spouse medical results to them?

I did not yet, as my spouse already did a medical exam. But if I had to, I would just save the PDF provided in GC Key messages, and send it through e-mail.
