I refresh my email literally every 5 minutes, sadly it's not there. I'm just glad that once you get the email the process is pretty fast, I can't take it anymore.

I said some applicants i know are waiting from 30 months not me. Mine will be 21 months at the end of July.

I do not know any reason at all, no addition. I am a single Inland applicant. In Canada from 6 years now, ddin't travel much either.
Okie since you are already in Canada, they are delaying the process. Not to worry. you will get it soon.

On the US side, they took my fingerprint and asked personal information like my parents’ place/country of birth. It could have taken 30 minutes.. but the attending officer had never done it before so it took over 2 hours. They read me a bunch of statements that I had to say yes/no too. Statements like, “do you believe yourself to be a Citizen of the United States” lol! After that, she printed off a document containing all those statements, and I had to sign.
Then she gave me a piece of paper proving that I had just tried to cross the border.
I took that paper, my current work permit and my COPR to the Canadian side. They made me sign the COPR, put in all my information into their computer and that was it.

I did landing yesterday at the CIC office.

It took me 15 min.

The key is to come at least 45 min before the time of appointment to get in line.

It was very easy to book an appointment: I called the number and they sent me the confirmation with date within 3 hours.
Congratulations my friend! Does anyone know where the office in Toronto is?

Meanwhile I'm still waiting...

I did but no positive response, told my MP the file is in progress and don't need any additional documents for now.
Contacting CIC is a waste of time, they don't know more than us, Ordered notes which say Security hasn't started yet.
