i am not sure if i passed elgibility and criminality or not yet but i got pre arrival services letter in dec 2017 but my application sttaus shows i am in processing of eligibity and background check
I am trying to acall CIC but they have high voloum of callls
Please advise

You passed eligibility because you got pre-arrival email.
Did you get medical request?. If yes , you passed criminality.

I think we will get PPR before that. I mean according to current trend people who have received Medical request in early March started receiving PPR.
