Did your friend say his security check is already started or not even started?

Already started...criminality and eligibility paased..i saw it can take up to 3 to 5 months for security check

Seriously...? Are you sure it started?
Should be careful what they are saying because I saw some forum that first time they called CIC and agent told them security started, but next time they called CIC again and they said not started yet.
