I suspect it will come to your representative's e-mail. When we applied for my husband's spousal work permit, the rejection e-mail was sent to the representative. He notified us right away and forwarded CIC's e-mail to us.

Hello all, need some help. Anyone in this group submitted a pcc from UAE? I already submitted one with the application and UAE police do not provide hard copies anymore they just provide soft copies on email. Now today I received MR as well request to submit UAE pcc again. What should I do?

Where are you now ? In UAE OR CANADA?

UAE provide both, hard copy and soft copy.

when we apply online for pcc there is option for soft copy and hard copy.

SOFT COPY BY EMAIL - JUST 4 HOURS TO RECEIVE
HARD COPY BY POST - USUALLY TAKES 2 OR 3 DAYS TO RECEIVE, INSIDE UAE

But first you have to create an account with MINISTRY OF INTERIOR.
