I only have the tracking numbers for the one that I sent and the pre-paid return envelope.

I only have the tracking number too, so,I can only see the delivered . I want to confirm whether they have received my passport.But I can't find their phone number

Yes, they have started the Flagpoling Pilot Project, but you only need to avoid Friday to Monday.
They still accept it on Tuesday to Thursday.
