Got bridging work permit approved just one day before expiry,stress relieved

My workpermit is going to expire on 1 sep 2018
So i have to apply for extension do i know
What is requirement for bridging workpermit?
Is it same one lmia exmpt workpermit or different ?

no restriction on employment in pnp certificate
Already Applied for pr and recieved AOR
And your work permit is about to expire within 4 months

I have SINP and its restriction on it, i already applied for PR on 12 march 2017
My medical is passed but i added my spouse name on 10 april 2018 so it will take now more time for PPR

I got my SINP in Nov 2016 which is valid only for 6 months so do i have to issue it again ?
