I do not think so.Does passing the medical exam guarantees a PR?
What is the next step after passing the medical exam?
Thanks!
Same to me.. lolI called them. I was advised that the processing time is 18 months and the file is still in process. Why does IRCC have a call centre when the people their just repeat the same info as EVR.
I do not think so.
I think applicants could get rejected in eligibility and criminal check. You have to pass all those to get PPR.
Based on what I understanding, criminal check comes first and security check next.I see. What is the eligibility check or what is included here? Could you please explain? I understand that the criminality check includes by checking the police certificates. Thanks
got 2nd medical letter, but have not received such an email yet. Maybe IRCC shoots this email to all of us by tomorrow!loolDid anyone who got 2nd medical receive reminder mail for medical test?
I've just got email from IRCC and attached pdf file that says
"This refers to your application for Permanent Residence in Canada.
Medical Examination
You and/or your dependents were sent medical forms and instructions. This is a second
reminder for you and/or your dependents to make arrangements to visit the office of a
Panel Physician (PP) to undertake your medical examination as soon as possible. For a list
of PP contacts, visit the following link:
http://www.cic.gc.ca/pp-md/pp-list.aspx
If you received these medical instructions as an email attachment, just print the attached forms
and take them to the office of the Panel Physician on the day of your appointment.
Note: any future enquiries must be submitted via the Case Specific Enquiry form."
This is freaking stupid!! I've already finished more than a month ago and they REMIND me that I need to do medical
Seriously!?
same here i just talked to an agent from the CIC, my application is still on the normal processing time. inquired again re my document submitted on March 5 and she confirmed the document was received but prior to that she wants me to submit again bec it's not showing on my status it was received and insisted that i talked to another agent last month re this issue and there should be a note that the doc was received in March and failed to check. In submitting document and payment for RPRF, i would recommend sending the file separately.Same to me.. lol

It is totally up to the call center agent, some tell you wait for 18 months to give you the detail, and some give you the detail at anytime.
