Only Express Entry applicants are required to do upfront medicals.

My timelines on the left. It's crazy people from last dec are way ahead. Some people are only waiting for PPR and all. While we are stuck with not even MR till date. Considering this I dont know when our PPR will come so sad.

No one knows about that. You can only make projections based on historical data. As mentioned in above posts Jan and Feb applicants still waiting for medical.
