About 14 and half months since application received

Waiting for DM and PPR

Ecas and my cic hasn't been updated since the month of September 2016. Called CIC they don't even answer whats up with my file. I come from India. Moved to Canada when I was 17. So technically I have no background back home. My work permit was expired last month. Too much going on.

Sorry but even if you moved at 12 you have a background in India the same as anyone else, which includes police, courts and whatever else they need to check. Early to mid March applications and only getting decisions last week so you are not far behind yet.

Bilalseed, it was 5 days for me from DM to PPR so you may have it by Friday night.

i have exactly same timeline 4 aug will be our 16 months so hopefully end of july

Passport sent on June 13th.. received by CIC on 14th... no updates since then... My CIC says BG in process and ECAS says "Decision Made" I'm freaking out now

Is there any update bro? Did you received your pp with visa?
