I sent my passport on 30th may they received on 1st june and tracker activated on 9th june evening

Did u get your passport yet? I forgot to save my return tracker

anybody who applied Feb 25, 2016 or that week received PPR? ECAS shows decision made but have not received PPR after 2 weeks from DM.

I am also February applicant. I got DM on June 4th and I got PPR today. Good luck.

Ur right. But thats the reason people pay lot of money..they need to increase staff and speed up process which they mentioned of doing while increasing fee
And call centre can only see what we see on ecas...they are just to let us know updates same what we see.
They should increase officers who work on files

My friend applied for PNP-PR in Jan 2016.He just received GCMS as follows:

Assessments:
Eligibility: In Progress
Security: Not Started
Criminality: Not Started
Medical: Passed

Paper File:
Office: New Delhi
Location: ECU-PA

Do you guys have any idea what does "Location: ECU-PA" means?

It is a good thing for them, that's for sure.
I just don't understand what is the sequence when CIC agent processing applications.
Especially based on the fact that I called them and getting informed everything has passed, just waiting for the finalize.
Jan 8, 2016 applicant here. I know there are some other early Jan applications or even December, 2015 applicants still waiting.

Sent the passport on May 31
Received by CIC on June 5
Stamped on June 8
Tracker started on June 12
I should receive it either today or tomorrow because it is in Calgary

Have you contacted your MP?

I nearly went out of my mind at 15 months waiting for this thing to come; hell, at 6 months I was tired of waiting. I can't imagine 17 months waiting and still nothing.

What has CIC said when you contacted them? Did you?

I'd be hounding them every day. Contact an MP at once! This is not fair.
