I got one on yesterday shows that my file location is registry.....My visa office is also NEW DELHI....
What does it means..? when I link application It shows that background in process.................

Are u checking on mycic or ecas?
If on ecas its showing medical received
Then it means passed...

Nothing to worry even if ecas is not updated. Some time they are pretty late in updating status. Your medical is passed. If they had any issue in your medical, they would have send you email again by now or would have said you to do some extra test. So all is good
