I have a question. My PNP application was approved and by january 2016 i got my work permit for 1 year. I have to renew it now. Is it true that my employer has to pay the compliance fee again (230$) to get my renewal?

Yes. It is true that it is an employer's responsibility to pay the compliance fee for their employees.

Did any JAN-FEB-MAR applicant receive MR recently? I hate this quite. In 2 days I will pass the mark of 7 months since AOR was received.

Maybe you've seen my post above. I have received a request for MR on 09 November.
I applied for PR on March 14.
My status for me now is "medical results have been received"

Hello Members,

CIC received my application on August 10th & i received AOR on November 29th. I paid my Right to permanent resident fee 490$ while i sent my application.

I need to submit Medical & police clearance Certificate. How do i submit those ? will cic ask for it. If so submission will be online or through canada post ?

Kindly clarify.

If you have applied for Permanent residence and have received AOR/file number, you do not have to pay employer compliance fees to re-new work permit because you are eligible for Bridging open work permit (considering you do not have employment retriction on your PNP nomination).

I dont know about criminality

I added my spouse in aug nd sent them all the update on aug 04
It was delievered safely
I again send all the update of my spouse pcc, landing fee etc when they asked me pcc, landing fee schedule A
But they hvn't added my spouse yet
But there is note at the end of my gcms all the the document for my spouse received... And in review..
But my martial status showing single...

Hey Guys,

I have received another reminder for the police check from CIO they requested PCC in original which I have already sent the original by courier however it was printed off in black and white so I explained this is the original as some police station do not print or stamp in color. HOWEVER, they said it must be a red stamp on the PCC.

I am the January applicant and waiting for the medical request but I will do an upfront medical today. I will obtain the PCC from my home country as well immediately. I am a little bit worried about that as they asked me the PCC 3 times so far that I sent them twice already now asking the PCC with the red stamp (first time sent it by CSE, second by courier). it is pain. I cant imagine what if I don't have any family in my home country then who would help me this with. Thank god I have a sister who always helps me.

Hopefully this time I submit the PCC will pass it smoothly and get the medical request soon.

Are you from India?? I have also got the PCC on mail which is digitally signed, as in Delhi, Police doesn't issue physical certificate with original stamp. I have sent that in Black and White only.

One thing which is mentioned on PCC is, they have put a note : in case embassy has any query, they can directly write to their email ID for checking the status of the certificate.

Lets see what happens in our case.
