i called CIC and they told me that if u extend ur work permit using AINP and support letter then ur employer has to pay employer compliance fees of 230$ and i"ll get a closed work permit.
Other option he told me is to wait for AOR then apply for bridge visa and then i"ll get open work permit.
is that all true or i should call them again to confirm with another agent.
So now if i don't get AOR by the time my work permit expires then what will happen ??? what will be my options ?

If your current WP expires, you go into restoration period. You will need to explain to CIC within 90 days to avoid them accusing you for overstay.

One option people have done before is to apply BOWP before AOR by paper. Assuming you do that before WP expiration, you go into implied status the moment you throw the mail into mailbox. It takes ~2 months for CIC to even see your application. If you time it right, you will get AOR when CIC does see your BOWP application, and you will be accepted for BOWP. The thing is you are betting on PR application is complete.

calculate the timing.
AOR take 3 months +/- 2weeks, so you will get AOR 15 June estimated
You need to send WP application by 31 May, give 2 weeks grace period, so you should send in BOWP Application no later than 15 May.
Assume it takes 2 months for IRCC to make a BOWP decision, that makes it 15 July. By then, they should see your AOR.

Send registered mail so you get prove that you've send an application.

This is just a rough estimate. Anyone with experience please feel free to correct me.

it is true, your wp extension will be reused if you don`t have your employer compliance fees of 230$ number or AOR with your application. will make no difference if you do flag pole, they will ask you for either one.
would be very difficult for you to get the compliance fees ?

Thanks for such a detailed response ..one more thing ....on the document check list should I leave it blank where they ask for AOR copy....and what if I leave it blank and they return the application without even bothering whether AOR was issued or not ?
