This issue should be highlighted in media. Department like immigration is so corrupted, irresponsible and very incompetent. Every week there is news about low crs points required for Express Entry in media but no one talks about the feelings of working people who have been paying taxes so that these guys in CIC will get paid. This is bad as if we are dealing with a department of third world country.

Just a hunch, if that outland January applicant got his PPR last week ( Delhi office ) then CBSA has cleared him, and that means after all they started some action, presuming that CBSA is also in charge of clearing outland people ultimately in Canada office... just a thought.
