I have never been able to link my application. Same thing happend to my friend but he was finally able to link his application. He choose Express entry instead of PNP and made it. You can try different categories amd see uf this works.

Hi all. Hope yall who waiting , get your pr within 16 months or even earlier.

Everything is done. Its been more than 16 months so i called CIC and this is what i been told.
My file is completed. Back ground check is done. Note on my file left that there is no more documents or information required. Now just need some one to do final review. It could take 1 day to 4 months.
Like for real.

Yes i went to MP office they said everything is ok just under final review no additional documents needed but not sure about timeframe.
