You have to be make sure that they did not send it out already.

It sounds strange, it has been a while since you got DM. Hopefully you get it soon. Take care!

I got Upfront Medical. so I didn't get Medical Request. Medical was passed November, 2016

Hope everyone is well, I'm afraid I'm not.

I'm a March applicant under PNP.

I contacted CIC via webform early in May and received an email from them.

It says

"Thank you for contacting Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC).

We verified the information you provided and can confirm that your file is currently located at a visa office outside Canada."


I've never ever been outside my province since I came to Canada.

How come it's possible my file is currently outside Canada.

It's SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO wrong and frustrating!!!!

Hope they sent this email by mistake.

Anybody here has encountered this sort of problem?

If so, please share your experience and wisdom with me.

On top of that, my CIC account says 'we need an additional document', but there's no message requiring additional doc so far.

I suppose it's a bug, right? Hope so.

No worries. It is a glitch. A lot of people have got same issue.

You can double check by calling to CIC. That is what I did a day before.

I'm relieved to know that 'additional doc request message' might be a mistake.

However, the fact below is still eating me.

Please share your knowledge of it once you experienced this.

I'm 11 March Applicant, I also get additional documents required message, but there is no message. May be its bug.
