How do u contact them ? So are they the one who will contact IRCC.. what info do they need?

Each local MP has their email, and he or his secretary will call IRCC.

Me too.
I can't imagine how fast they are able to speak with IRCC, while we have to spend more than half hour to wait on the phone.

I just spoke with IRCC today re:medical if they receive it . IRCC call agent did not even ask my case number. Only this q's " when did u apply & what categories" then put on hold for 20 mins .. Stated "it will take 90 days to have medical results" WTH!!.. she did not ask my case number!

I sent an email to MP today. I'll let you know if I hear back. I called up IRCC call centre and they told me my file is in progress still.
I asked if security was started and she said it wasn't and that it is a third party that does it so they have no control over it..

I applied Feb 9, 2016. Background Check Not Applicable still.

Also, I emailed the Ottawa office and they said my file is still in Central Intake Office.. I don't think I will get my PPR before the 16 months are over..

I called IRCC in April, and the agent told me my application was approved. No emails at all.
Today, the MP got the same response.

I see you received DM a month ago.... wow... can't believe there is still no PPR yet.. is it possible to send out your passport voluntarily.. kinda of risky..
