Did u link your application .I m a march 2016 applicant and visa office is new Delhi...........I didn't get any information.....I have already done upfront medical...when I link my application it shows like criminality in process....eligibility not started.......I don't know when I will get my ppt...eagerly waiting....

Initially, I thought that I would get my PR in 12 months...

This long wait has become a permanent headache...
I want to buy a house, but don't want to buy until PR is done... tired of paying rents...

Does anyine know after cic receive passport how long to get back in my hands the passport stamped and pr docs to cross border or go out of canada?

Depending on where you live and if there is any stat holiday in between after you submit etc. I have seen cases for people submitting in ONtario getting their stamped PP within a week.

Got Decision Made on 25 April 2017 at 10:30 PM IST. Am thankful to God for slow but some progress
Background Check was ON since 4 April 2017.
Now waiting for PPR.

I contacted CPC-Ottawa using the email address CPC-CTD-Ottawa@cic.gc.ca and this is what I got back. UGH!

"Your application is in the final stages of review prior to finalization and a decision should be rendered shortly. We do not require any information from you at the present time. An officer will contact you if further information is required."

Took them one day to respond.

Atleast that means its in Ottawa now..
Mine was in CIO last time I got my GCMS notes from March 22.

I have done some analysis and found out that after around 2 months of being assigned to PS you get a PPR. Hope it come soon

May I ask how you have done the analysis? I have ordered GCMS note couple of times, in Feb. and May and in both cases my Application location was PS.

I have taken into account - file history information from people who have shared their GCMS notes info. I found it takes around 2 months from the date they are assigned PS to get PPR in about 3 cases. So my best guess.
