i am in same situation.
I got AOR on 4July 2016 then RPRF fees request on 3 Nov 2016 after that no news.
I am hoping some news in this December.

Congrats. Do you remember when your back ground check changed from not needed to in progress in mycic?

Are you an inland applicant?? and if yes which province you applied for your nomination because Nov and Dec 2015 applicants just received MR and we are waiting for a decision in Feb or March. Also, please confirm you applied paper base or express entry.

yeah i am inland applicant and i live in manitoba so i got my pnp approved in 2 months
i dont have access to my cic account because i applied through lawyer
i checked online permanent resident status thing
i hope soon i will receive my ppr

It won't change, it will keep "in progress" in ECAS until CIC approves your application.

Yes, those status you cannot view in ECAS, you have to link to mycic.
Ecas only has "in progress" and "decision made" status.
