Im march 12th applicant, files at ADVO, also waiting for dm/ppr. We really have to have a lot of patience for this seemingly endless waiting game.

only accompanying member that wants to have visa needs to pay rprf. Did you indicate in your application that your wife is non accompanying? My uncle have his wife and daughter on his application as non accompanying since they already have an agreement that they are getting a divorce soon. He only pays for himself.

Thanks mryoso! actually its not for me,its my housemate. He received an email from cic that his RPRF is outstanding, but he already paid it. So we were just thinking if he paid it right. His spouse is non accompanying so he didnt pay her RPRF.

Hi Chuni68! its actually for my friend. He paid for himself, not for his partner coz he declared as non accompanying. cic send him an email bout his RPRF as outstanding, so we're confused if that means he also need to pay for his partner even if she's not accompanying.

sometimes they don't update payments for rprf like for my case i paid my rprf in november2015 yet still showing in my gcms notes that it was still outstanding and on feb26 a letter was sent to me requesting for rprf payment which was already paid 3 months ago. i called cic and to check and they confirmed the same and ask to resend the copy of my receipt again asap. time has been wasted because sometimes they missed payments like this. so this might be a case of missed payment too.

please update if you find some changes in your profile
Good luck

They better call CIC on monday just to make sure that they received the RPRF tell them he/she already paid and spouse is non accompanying. As long as they said that you can disregard it atleast you guys have their words. Your housemate also needs to send the receipt after paying it did they do that?

It is very likely for me to be landed immigrant in the next few days. However due to my work permit expiring soon ,just to be safe I have applied for an open work permit electronically ,so I could be in implied status if PPR was for some reason late.I am a bit confused though ,because I dont know how this could be done.Is there anyone else who has done that(withdraw an application ) successfully ? Thanks guys
