Dear Senior's,

I need your urgent advise please....
I want to send my & my family (total four persons) new passport copies to CIO.
But I can't upload in one CSE due to size limitation.
Can some one advise me what is the solution?
Is it OK to send four CSEs for four persons??

if you have Photoshop, you can use it to resize in web format. otherwise, you can choose online tools if you believe them.

Thanks for your intimidate response.
Do you think its not good idea so send each passport copy in different CSE?

I am not certain, but I don't think this is a good idea unless your have different case number.

As I mentioned, it's quite easier by using Photoshop to shrink your picture size, that's what I used to do. it works pretty well. usually 25~50kb for each of figure in high quality of resolution. what's the limitation in you case?

Hi All, I am stuck in a dilemma here and would appreciate your help. I have travel plans for Australia late March and as you all know we won't have our PR cards for another 105 days. I am aware of the PRTD document that you can apply from outside of Canada but have decided to use that as my last option to come back to Canada.(It could take 1-3 weeks and I don't want to stress over it when I am at the beach). I am not from a Visa-Exempt Country. Here is an option that I need your advice about: I book my return ticket from Aus to Seattle (I have USA visa) and get a friend to pick me up from Seattle and cross the border by ROAD. Do you guys know what the policy is when returning via road. I couldn't find anything online. The only concern with this option is what if Australian authorities don't let me board the plane because I don't have PRTD. Technically, I will be going to Seattle and have USA visa which allows me to do so. If they ask me where are you from, I have to say Canada but I am planning to say that I am visiting a friend in Seattle and then driving over to Vancouver which should be none of their business as I am going to USA which I am allowed to. Let me know you guys think? Is it possible? Too risky?

Thank you so much
