Hi guys, just quick check so the majority of Jan 2015 applicants hasn't received PPR yet?

Not even DM yet...

Hi guys! Does anyone know when I receive passport request PPR, do they give a deadline in how many days I have to send my passport to them (30 days, 60 days) ?

Just wondering since I work shifts in the field for 3 weeks straight and don't want to miss out anything.

Thanks and good luck to all!!! :)

All medical results either upfront or when requested by CIC is valid for 12 months from the date CIC receives it in their database. As long you are still within this 12 month timeframe then you have nothing to worry about. If from the time you submitted your upfront medicals and it has pass 12 months then you may have to consider (I) doing and submitting another upfront medical or (ii) Wait on CIC for further correspondence.

Thanks for the information.....! ;D

Hi everyone.
My cic application has been received by courier to them on 23 nov, 2015. It has been delivered to some guy named Mike. I was just wondering by when can i expect them to give me a file number or email stating that they have actually received my application.

if u know that we r not in priority like express entry
or syrian refugee. currently all work force of cic only
focus on refugee and some who still working in ottawa
focusing on ee rather than pnp files (rare lucky ones),
dont expect your aor before 28 feb 2015 .

It is shocking to see some January and February PNP paper applicants are getting their DM and PPR. There are some December, 2014 applicants that are still waiting. As far as I know from these forums only 2 January applicants got PPR. It could be that these people have families with kids and maybe that is why CIC processed their applicants sooner or they just got lucky and their application was sitting on the top of the pile of CIC officer:)
I am a January 26th Applicant and haven't heard anything from CIC since August.

Update:
1 We received your application for permanent residence on March 17, 2015.
2 We started processing your application on June 29, 2015.
3 We sent you correspondence on December 4, 2015. If you have not yet provided the information or the requested documents, please do so as soon as possible. Please wait until you receive the correspondence before sending us additional information, as the correspondence will outline all information that is required.
