unfortunately, yes you might have to wait for another 3 months for AOR
One more thing to check, is your nomination still valid by the time you re-submit your application to CIO? If not, you have to get your nomination extended before re-submitting!

So, it is fine if your application reaches CIO office before Jan 31. So, re-submit it ASAP

My question is I am single and never married and do not have any dependent that I have to mention in my profile.
So in pnp checklist IMM 5690 these are document they are asking for-

*Additional dependant declaration IMM008DEP.
*Statutory declaration of common law union IMM5409
*declaration of non accompanying guardian for minors IMM5604.
So what do you guy think I should do, should I skip these form in my file as they are not associated to me as I am single and never been married or I should print these and write N/A and attach these form to my file. anyone had same experience can please help me.

BUT it's only for me, should we wait for my wife's MR as well or can we do it for here anyway? It's weird!

MR came in only for my wife. I got mine about 3 weeks later.

I will recommend to go ahead and get the medical done for both ur wife and urself. In my case I didn't get medical request for my family and got it done in advance three weeks back and last week I got my MR request. So this way CIC now has my medicals and I didn't waste any time. So hopefully they will progress faster on my application

I just got an email today in which the agent has asked for the police certificate.

I have already sent the police certificate with my original application in March and have not traveled outside of Canada since then.

How should I contact the agent and let him/her know that I have not been out of Canada and the police certificate is still valid?

I replied to that Email + sent it through the Case Specific Inquiry system (online). But it might take a while (up to 30 days or more who knows!) to get a response and make sure that I don't need to get another police certificate.

Any suggestion?

I would suggest that you get that police certificate again.

It is more than 6 months since you submitted your application. So, you need to get a new police certificate and submit as requested
