I had applied under MPNP. My cousin lives in Winnipeg and I had selected Steinbach as my destination region. My application was complete with all documents. However I received an email from the immigration office station that in the pre-assessment, they are rejecting my application as my ties to Steinbach were not as strong as my ties to Winnipeg (as my cousin stays at Winnipeg)

Can someone please clarify if the destination city of the applicant should be the same as his Manitoba Supporter? If not can I send them an email clarifying the same?

I am a march 17th applicant, I got finger print request in July after then no medical no rprf request
. But last week two of my friends got rprf, pcc, request but no medical. One of my friend March 26 applicant and other one April 22 applicant.

Hi Prabh..my application was received on march 30 as well..got xep on june 4, ep on july 2, fingerprint request on july 21 and a reminder email on october 22..no medical request yet..we might have similar timeline..stay in touch..fingers crossed for medical request.thanks

same city makes your case strong because they gonna say you might move to some other place later. Manitoba is strict on this thing they really wana see some strong reason that you are going to stay there

Yes our timeline is exactly similar I hope we get medical request soon. Let me know if u get any response from immigration and I will also do the same

Yes i am inland applicant. I thing they are asking just for inland applicants, for Outland applicants they just want pcc.
