I'm at exact the same time as HarryCan, also got the reminder Email just now.

but I would like to find out if my understanding is right for below regarding the police certificate:

1. If I lived and worked in Canada from Feb 2013, my police certificate was issued in July 2014, it was issue later than after the last time I lived there, so I don’t need to get a new one from my hometown, right?
2. It is not necessary to provide the one in Canada unless CIC ask for, right?
Below is the link and what they wrote, just want to make sure I did not misunderstand it.

http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/security/police-cert/intro.asp

Who needs a police certificate?
In general, you and all the people in your family who are 18 or older need to get a police certificate. You must get one from each country or territory where you have lived for six or more months in a row since the age of 18. (For example, if you lived in a country for eight months but left on a two-week vacation, that counts as living there for eight months.)
For the country you currently live in, the police certificate must be issued no more than six months before you apply.
For countries where you have lived for six months or more, the police certificate must be issued after the last time you lived in that country.

How to get a police certificate - Canada
Do I need to provide a Police Certificate with my Application for Permanent Residence? No
Name of document(s) to get: Criminal Record Check
How to get a Police Certificate:
If you are not a citizen of Canada:
If you live in Canada:
The Canadian visa office will tell you if you need a Canadian criminal record check while your application is being processed. If the visa office asks you to complete a criminal record check, visit the RCMP website for instructions.

Thank you all and good luck with everyone

I got the reminder e-mail today. Do you think it's enough just to send the police clearance in e-mail? Beacuse they say you can do one of the following: e-mail it or mail it.

No, they need the original copy of police clearance

Could not read fully but here is what required:
PCC needed for other than Canada for the countries lived for 6 months in the last 10 years.

Dont ask for suggestion when you have been given an instruction from VO. Email is enough when VO says its enough.
The stuff we have it online is just a guide and its not a rule for CIC. If they ask in email then its email. If they didnot specify then you can mail & email.

There are people who were told to email. So you are not alone and dont get confused. Email will be quick. If you mail then its going to be late to open the mail and will get delayed for 2 months approx.

Looks like we can expect more reminder emails tomorrow.
Any other Feb applicant received reminder email?
