I am an AINP applicant too NOC 2232. My file was returned towards the end of April. I can't remember the exact date. But I believe my file arrived at Sydney on May 1st.

I would say it'll take about 6 weeks from when your file arrived in Sydney the second time.

Thank you for the reply.
I was missing signature on Schedule 4 form. I returned all the documents sent previously, just changed the schedule 4 form in the new application.
Just checking if you had the same issue, so i can relate my process time with you.

Thanks.

Hi! I just have few questions(scenario) that needed to be answered. Im hoping some of you here can help out or have experienced it.

1. If your work permit is expired already and you are under restoration, can you still go to the border and get a new work permit provided you are a PNP holder and your employer has paid $230 employee's compliance?

2. If you have a Temporary Resident's Visa can you go to the border to get a work permit provided you have all requirements needed and you are a PNP holder as well?

The goal is how can a person get a work permit as fast as possible if he/she has an expired work permit and is under restoration, because the processing times right now online or paper applications are way too long?

Any help/ idea is greatly appreciated.

Thank you!

hey,
it might sound a bit...bitter but
ppl with restoration cannot go to the border...restoration of status is a diff procedure..if the wp is taking way too long..remember that you hv to add one month more on top of the time required fr wp...i m saying so bcz i by myself is in restoration
and i researched things a lot so finally i applied online.
good luck to all of us.

Hi
My file was received initially on 2nd March, 2015. But it was returned back due to missing signatures. I re-sent the application and was received on 5th May 2015.
Can you please give me a rough idea, how long it will take to get AOR ?
I am AINP applicant, and my NOC code is 2253.
You reply will be much appreciated.
Thank you
You will get it in the next batch (may be in 2 weeks) assuming the last batch ended by 1st May.

whats your noc?
i dont get how cio gives file numbers.. people who applied may 1st got their ep in same time as those ones who applied in february.
I keep thinking those who are semi-skilled will have to wait at least 3 months to get file number.
