great news.........thanks a lot to update......i think they start again to review PNP PR Application from 10oct.2014. n hope now they will not stop to giving AOR to Applicant's whom are waiting from very long time...!!!!

and please can you tell us which province has nominated you for PR ?
and are you inland or outland applicant ?

The way u have explained i guess u want to do it under express entry. To be eligible for express entry pnp in almost all the province i know, u have to be eligible under any of the 3 CIC immigration category (cec,fsw or fst). So in terms of possibility, u have to check if u are eligible under any of the 3 category.

Hello Please share your ideas what happen when u submitted the expired IELTS TO cic as i got LOA from mpnp and my file processed after 18 mnts when i submiitted online it was a valid and now i have expired ielts with 6.5 bands my noc code 011 The noc code doesnt fall in C OR D group

will they ask the updated ielts or they have allowed you with old expired one. as in the checklist its wiritten that proof of language efficiecy

Starting July 1, 2012, most Provincial Nominee Program (PNP) applicants for semi- and low-skilled occupations that fall under National Occupational Classification (NOC) Skill Levels C and D will have to undergo mandatory language testing and achieve a minimum standard of Canadian Language Benchmark (CLB) 4 in English or Niveaux de compétence linguistique canadiens (NCLC) level 4 in French across all four categories: listening, speaking, reading and writing.

I believe your AOR will be sent out in late April or early May. Have your fees been charged yet?

I got my nomination on 6th March, 2015, applied to CIC on 17th March 2015 and expecting a receipt by 23rd March, 2015. On the IELTS, my own also expired 8 days after submitting my PNP application to the province. I think it may still be valid since it was the result used for my nomination assessment and this may be the details the province sent to CIC if they sent one but I did not take any chance. I used another result, which I did in Jan 2015, for my recent PR application.

Hi Guys,
I have one concern, I applied for Permanent Residence thru NS PNP and my visa office is London UK. Now my case is in last stage and they require our passports and photo of each family member to complete the processing But My children are in my back home with my parents which is outside canada and on the letter they were saying if you and all your accompanying member is inside canada you could post your documents to CPC OTTAWA, even I was asking them thru email regarding my children passport but they didn't reply anything on that topic. So shall I get their passports and photos and submit here or .......???? Could you please share your experience and ideas on this topic.

Hi there,

Just want to know a little more on your case, did you provide your kids' information at the PNP stage? If yes, I am afraid that you have to mail their passports and photos. Do what they ask you do...
